We understand our guests expect a level of service far beyond the everyday experience and one characterised by professional organisation, personal yet discreet attention, and an attitude which aims to anticipate and satisfy every request. By keeping our tours small (up to ten guests at a time), and by carefully selecting and training our guides we are able to deliver an exclusive level of service not found elsewhere. We have come to call this difference the Antipodes Touch. Allow us to explain.

A week or two before you depart you will be contacted by your guide who will arrange your visa and travel insurance. Also at this time we will take note of any specific dietary requirements, your usual newspaper, a favourite cocktail, a particular whiskey or Cuban cigar. Perhaps there is a TV program or sporting broadcast during your tour which we could make available for you to watch one evening. Your guide will advise you of the shows and performances available at the Sydney Opera House during your stay and will provide premium tickets on request. You might have friends or a colleague working in Sydney who may be interested in catching up over cocktails or dinner while you are in town.

Upon arrival, your guide will accompany you to the Park Hyatt Sydney where the VIP prior check-in allows you to proceed directly to your room. Your guide is also accommodated in the hotel and is available at any time during your stay. The hotel spa is at your disposal and we have arranged for masseurs to be on hand at our luxury campsite later in the week following our horse ride through the scenic Glenworth Valley. Your guide is a qualified first aid provider and we have arranged for professional medical staff to make calls to the hotel should the need arise.

The pre-breakfast exercise options are designed to combine a little healthy activity with the sights and sounds of the Harbour City as the day begins. Our photographer accompanies us throughout the week and each guest will receive a photo filled leather bound album (complete with CD containing all images) on the Saturday morning before your flight home. For those mixing business with pleasure we have a fully equipped office including secretarial support for use as required. Guests are provided with genuine Akubra hats and kangaroo leather overnight bags. Guests are also presented with boomerangs as a memento of their experience.

We are confident you will rank the week you spend with us as one of the most enjoyable experiences of your life. That said, we are constantly seeking ways whereby we might improve the package further. Our management team is actively involved in this process and will contact you after you return home to ensure your complete satisfaction.
